Sub. for House Bill No. 4690--A Bill to amend and reenact §21-11-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to disclosure by a contractor of a customer's option to hire an inspector to monitor the progress of the construction or to purchase an insurance policy or performance bond covering the contractor's performance.
